SafetyX provides CyberSecurity consultancy, penetration testing, managed SOC services, incident response, compliance support and related professional services. All services are provided subject to a separate written agreement or statement of work.

4. Quotes and Proposals

Any quote or proposal provided by SafetyX is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement to these terms and any specific terms set out in the quote.

5. Intellectual Property

All reports, documentation, methodologies and materials produced by SafetyX remain the intellectual property of SafetyX until full payment has been received, at which point they are licensed to you for internal business use only unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or regulation.

7. Limitation of Liability

SafetyX's total liability arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the total fees paid by you for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
